Asking Without Anxiety: Fundraising Tools for Public Libraries Online

Public library trustees, Friends groups, directors and other staff are invited to join trainer, nonprofit coach and consultant Jenn Hayslett for this session on fundraising for public libraries. This hands-on session will help participants decrease anxiety and gain confidence about how to reach out to members of their communities for financial support for their libraries. Attendees will receive a customizable training manual with tools and scripts to invite donors to support the library. They will learn the Connecting Conversations Model to use in donor visits and have a chance to practice donor interactions. There will be some pre-work that will take approximately 1 hour to complete.

This will be held on Zoom. Link will be sent to after registration.
